Tucked away inside our office is a room that feels like you’re travelling 125 years into the past.
We call it the Club Room. It’s not a boardroom and it’s definitely not a traditional breakout area. It’s a deliberate shift in pace, more Victorian parlour than corporate workspace.
We’re talking soft lighting, proper wingback chairs, and lining the walls a set of stern-looking Victorian portraits. At first glance, you’d think they came from a country estate but, if you look a little closer, you’ll realise they’re not 19th-century aristocracy, but our team.
Our Club Room feels unfamiliar on purpose because sometimes changing the environment is exactly what’s needed to change thinking. That mental reset can make all the difference when trying to tackle the most complex data challenges.
