What’s wrong with traditional training?
Traditional in-person training eats up valuable workdays, leaving you with a backlog of work when you get back to your desk. When you’re at your training, you’re overloaded with information in a single day, some of which you don’t even need, meaning retention becomes a struggle too. Add in the logistical nightmare of transport and accommodation – there’s got to be another way?!
