Miso launches MisoData: A new company built for the future of geospatial innovation.

Geospatial data has never been more exciting. With rapid innovation transforming what’s possible across sectors, the team at Miso has launched a new specialist business to help organisations make the most of this new wave of capability.

We’re proud to introduce MisoData. A new dedicated company focused solely on spatial data provision.

At Miso, we’ve spent the past 30 years helping local authorities, utilities, and infrastructure organisations work smarter with complex geospatial data – often using platforms like FME or our own tools such as DataFlow. Through long-standing partnerships with Ordnance Survey, Safe Software, and Precisely, we’ve built a reputation for turning mapping and property data into practical operational insight.

The launch of MisoData reflects the growing scale, complexity, and opportunity within the geospatial space. Ben Allan, Managing Director, says:

“We’re living in a time of incredible change. The Ordnance Survey’s National Geographic Database (NGD) marks the most significant advancement in Great Britain’s geospatial infrastructure in a generation. It opens operational possibilities that just weren’t feasible before.”

MisoData will give our dedicated team the freedom to offer greater service flexibility, develop deeper technical expertise, and create better value for customers.

All spatial data products currently delivered by Dotted Eyes and Miso will now transition to MisoData.

We’re genuinely excited about what’s next, and if you work with geospatial data, you should be too.
