Miso Appoints Paul Baxter as Sales Director to Support Enterprise Growth Strategy
Miso has appointed Paul Baxter as Sales Director to support the company’s continued growth and its increasing focus on enterprise FME adoption.
The appointment reflects a growing shift in how organisations are using FME. Increasingly, customers are moving beyond standalone workflows and using FME as part of wider enterprise strategies for integration, automation, data virtualisation, and hybrid cloud operations.
Paul joins Miso with more than 20 years’ experience in B2B software sales leadership, having held senior commercial roles across data, enterprise software, integration, and business technology organisations including Minitab, QAD, K3, and Iron Mountain.
Paul’s experience in enterprise account management and commercial leadership will help Miso support organisations looking to scale their use of FME across larger, more complex environments.
Speaking about the appointment, Ben Allan, Managing Director at Miso, said:
“We’re seeing organisations use FME in much bigger and more strategic ways than ever before. It’s no longer just about individual workflows. Customers are looking at how FME supports wider enterprise integration, hybrid infrastructure, and long-term operational flexibility. Paul brings the enterprise software experience to support that shift and help customers get more value from the platform.”
Paul Baxter added:
“I’m excited to be joining Miso at such an interesting stage in its growth. The business has a strong reputation in the market, deep technical expertise, and a genuinely refreshing approach to helping customers solve complex challenges. I’m looking forward to working with the team and supporting the next phase of growth.”
Miso works with organisations across utilities, telecoms, infrastructure, local government, and enterprise sectors, helping organisations connect systems, automate processes, and manage data across their operations using technologies including FME, cloud platforms, and geospatial systems.
